Event Description

Rest is resistance, rest is revolution, rest is self and mutual care. We need all opportunities to rest, move grief & rage, feel supported, and be fortified. . . now, more than ever. Come through and receive! During this sound bath, Tory Trujillo will play Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, A Mayan Ocean Drum, and will incorporate Vocal Toning to support healing, grounding, and restoration. Participants will be lead into the experience with guided breath work, an embodiment practice, and will receive a powerful Vibrational Sound Session.  Come through and receive.
